What is moringa? Moringa is possibly the most nutrient-dense plant in the world, and is nothing short of a botanical miracle. Gram for gram, moringa contains:

As with all green teas, be careful not to use boiling water, which can make the tea bitter. Best results will come from 175 degree water, or cooled for a few minutes after boiling, and steep for 2-3 minutes.
