What we like to call Thai Breakfast, this is our unadorned, organically cultivated black tea.
A wonderfully complex medium-bodied black tea that resists bitterness and is pleasantly smooth. An excellent introduction to the Eastern concept of black tea, which differs greatly from our typically accepted “Lipton-influenced” Western notion — this is a more delicate black tea, with smoky and complex undertones, layered with malt, hay, and wet earth.

Loose leaf yields 16-20 servings if steeped once, but can be infused a second time
