Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong (also known as Tieguanyin), is a famous oolong tea roasted after the drying process - offering a deep, nutty, complex flavor. Tieguanyin has long been one of the most revered forms of Oolong tea, and is high in amino acids, vitamins, and antioxidants.

“Ok, I brewed it according to your instructions. Outstanding. Tastes wonderful. I steeped it for 6 min... damn good. Nose: butterscotch, caramel, apricot. Taste is very rounded and silky. Tannin is subtle and provides pleasing level of structure. Long, clean finish. Very appealing and fulfilling. Easy to drink alone, but would pair wonderfully with food.
